Southern Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 14.75 oz Cream Corn
  • 1 15 oz Whole Kernel Corn Drained
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl add the eggs, milk, sugar and butter. Mix until combined.
  • Add in the flour, salt and vanilla and continue to mix. Add in the cream corn and the drained corn kernels into the mixture until everything is well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a 9×12 coated baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 – 50 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow the corn pudding to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
