Southern Corn Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 14.75 oz Cream Corn
- 1 15 oz Whole Kernel Corn Drained
- 1/2 cup Butter melted
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl add the eggs, milk, sugar and butter. Mix until combined.
- Add in the flour, salt and vanilla and continue to mix. Add in the cream corn and the drained corn kernels into the mixture until everything is well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a 9×12 coated baking dish.
- Bake for 45 – 50 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow the corn pudding to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
