Red Velvet Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 15.25 oz Red Velvet Cake Mix (box)
- 1/3 cup Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup White chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
- In a large bowl, add the cake mix, oil and eggs. Mix until fully combined. Add in the white chocolate chips and fold them into dough until combined.
- Scoop about two tablespoon of dough onto the baking sheet. Bake for 12-13 minutes.
- Allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling. Store in an airtight container.
