Preheat the oven to 350°. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
In a large bowl, add the cake mix, oil and eggs. Mix until fully combined. Add in the white chocolate chips and fold them into dough until combined.
Scoop about two tablespoon of dough onto the baking sheet. Bake for 12-13 minutes.
Allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling. Store in an airtight container.
