French Toast

Ingredients
- 1 loaf Italian Bread
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2-3 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Slice the Italian loaf into 1½-2 inch thick pieces.
- In a large bowl mix together the eggs, milk, sugar, and cinnamon until fully combined.
- Submerge each slice into the mixture, shake off the excess, and set aside.
- In a large skillet on medium heat melt 2-3 tbsp of butter.
- Once the skillet is hot, brown each side.
- Top with powdered sugar, fresh fruit, and syrup.
