In a bowl add the shrimp and buttermilk. Ensure that the buttermilk is covering all teh shrimp.
In another bowl add the flour, and all the seasonings. Mix until fully combined.
Take the shrimp out of the buttermilk and coat in the seasoned flour. Ensure that the shrimp are fully coated.
Once the oil is hot, fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes or until brown and crisped.
Drain of the excess grease and sit aside.
In a medium saucepan, pour in the sweet chili thai sauce allowing it to get hot.
In a large bowl add in the shrimp and pour the sauce over them. Toss until fully coated. Serve with ranch.
