Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, add the cake mix oil, and eggs. Mix until fully combined. Add in the crushed Oreos reserving at least 1/3 cup for the topping, and white chocolate chips. Fold them into the mixture until combined.
Grease your baking dish with non-stick spray or oil and pour the mixture into the baking dish. Be sure the spread the mixture evenly. Top with half of the remaining Oreos.
Bake for 18-22 minutes or until the edges have browned and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Allow the brownies to cool completely. This should take at least 20 minutes.
While the brownies are cooling add all the ingredients for the icing into a small bowl. Mix until fully combined. You can also crush up more Oreos at this time if desired.
When the brownies have cooled, pour the icing over the brownies and top with the remaining crushed Oreos. Cut and Enjoy!
