Cookies and Cream Cake Mix Brownies
Equipment
- baking dish 8×8, 9×9, or 9×13
Ingredients
- 1 15.25 oz box White or Vanilla Cake Mix
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 20 crushed Oreos
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips optional
Icing
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, add the cake mix oil, and eggs. Mix until fully combined. Add in the crushed Oreos reserving at least 1/3 cup for the topping, and white chocolate chips. Fold them into the mixture until combined.
- Grease your baking dish with non-stick spray or oil and pour the mixture into the baking dish. Be sure the spread the mixture evenly. Top with half of the remaining Oreos.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until the edges have browned and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely. This should take at least 20 minutes.
- While the brownies are cooling add all the ingredients for the icing into a small bowl. Mix until fully combined. You can also crush up more Oreos at this time if desired.
- When the brownies have cooled, pour the icing over the brownies and top with the remaining crushed Oreos. Cut and Enjoy!
