Cookies and Cream Cookies
Servings 24 cookies
Ingredients
- 1 15.25 oz box White Cake Mix
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 12 crushed Oreos
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a large bowl, add the cake mix oil, and eggs. Mix until fully combined. Add in the crushed oreos, and white chocolate chips and fold them into the dough until combined.
- Scoop about two tablespoons of dough and roll it into a ball. Place the dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 12-13 minutes.
- Take the cookies out the oven and allow them to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet. Transfer them to a wire rack to finish cooling then store in an airtight container.

Hello I have a question how long did you actually keep yours in the oven? J know it says 12-15 but I need exact time being that I keep getting it wrong.
I baked them for 13 minutes. At 12 minutes start to check them. When the edges start to turn a little crisp yu will know they are ready!
Hey what brand of white chocolate chips you use?
I used the store brand but Ghiradelli is the best!
I thought of these before I saw ur recipe. Now that I’ve seen someone making them i feel more confident about them. Instead of white chocolate chips I’m going to take hersheys cookies and cream chocolates and stuff them in the middle. I’m not a huge fan of white chocolate but I think itll add the perfect touch 😊

I wish I would’ve seen ur comment before I left the grocery store doe, Cause I SURE would’ve purchased the Hershey’s Cookies & Cream Kisses… Instead of the regular white chocolate chips! BUTTTT either way i just know it’s going to turn out DELICIOUS 🤤 Excited 😆

Can you make your own white cake mix and still add the other ingredients and it turn out the same ?

This recipe is always a crowd favorite, however I always add a tablespoon of milk to the recipe because although it makes the batter very sticky it helps it hold together better (honestly I find it impossible to mix it together without the milk) and it keeps the cookies moist after baking.
