Cookies and Cream Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 15.25 oz box White Cake Mix
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 12 crushed Oreos
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a large bowl, add the cake mix oil, and eggs. Mix until fully combined. Add in the crushed oreos, and white chocolate chips and fold them into the dough until combined.
- Scoop about two tablespoons of dough and roll it into a ball. Place the dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 12-13 minutes.
- Take the cookies out the oven and allow them to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet. Transfer them to a wire rack to finish cooling then store in an airtight container.
