In a bowl add the chicken, eggs, and buttermilk. Mix until combined and set aside.
In another bowl add in the flour and all the seasonings. Mix fully.
In a medium saucepan on medium heat, add all the ingredients for the sauce. Stir until fully combined. Allow the sauce to simmer for 2-3 minutes then cut off the heat.
In small batches batter the chicken in the flour mixture ensuring it's fully coated.
In small batches ensuring the fryer isn't crowded, fry the chicken for 5 minutes or until crispy and brown. Drain with paper towels
On the last batch thats frying cut the heat back on on medium heat for the sauce and allow it to get hot.
Add all the crispy chicken to a bowl and pour the sauce over it. Toss until fully combined. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
