Cute the ribs to your desired size and season fully with salt, garlic, and onion powder on both sides.
Add the ribs to a large pot the fully cover the ribs with water.
Boil for 30-40 minutes on medium heat until tender.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a saucepan on medium heat, add in the ketchup, honey, brown sugar, and the sauce from the chipotle peppers. Mix until fully combined and bubbling hot.
Drain the water from the ribs then transfer ribs to a baking dish. Pour the sauce over the ribs and bake for 15-20 minutes.
