Fettuccine Alfredo
This homemade fettuccine alfredo is so easy and delicios to make, you will never buy that jar stuff again!

Fettucine noodles

stick
Butter

Minced garlic

Heavy cream

Cream cheese softened

Creole seasoning

Instructions
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to the package instructions. Save about 1 cup of the pasta water.
In a saucepan on medium heat, melt better, then add in the minced garlic. Mix the garlic around in the butter.
Add in the heavy cream and cream cheese. Mix until fully combined.
Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, creole seasoning and salt to taste.
Mix the parmesan cheese until fully combined. If the sauce is too thick, add in a little pasta water.
Add in the cooked pasta and toss until fully coated.
Garnish with parsley.
Notes
Over time the alfredo sauce will thicken so don't be alarmed if it's a little loose.
