In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, mayo, old bay seasoning, garlic powder and salt until fully combined.
Drain and make sure no shells are in the crab meat. Transfer crab meat to the mixture.
Add in the onion, panko crumbs, saltine crackers and parsley until fully combined.
Form into desired size cakes. In a a large nonstick pan over medium heat, add tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon butter.
Cook crab cakes for 3 -5 minutes on each side until browned.
