In bowl add the shrimp and buttermilk.
Ensure that the buttermilk is covering all the shrimp.
In another bowl add the flour, old bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and creole seasoning. Mix until fully combined.
Take the shrimp out of the buttermilk and coat in the flour mixture. Ensure that the flour mixture is fully covered on the shrimp.
Once the oil is hot, fry the shrimp for 2 - 3 minutes or until brown and crisped.
Drain off excess grease and serve immediately.
