In a bowl, mix together cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth.
In another large bowl, add in the milk, vanilla and instant pudding. Mix until the pudding is thick and smooth.
Pour in the mixed cream cheese and condensed milk mixture into the pudding bowl. Mix until fully combined.
Add in the whipped topping and mix until fully combined.
Line the bottom of your desired pan or bowl with cookies. Add a layer of the pudding then another layer of cookes. Repeat the layering until all the pudding and cookies are gone.
Allow pudding to set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
I used a total of 3 cookies in this recipe, vanilla wafers, shortbread cookies, and golden Oreos. However, you can use whichever cookies you desire.
