Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
Pat dry the clean chicken wings with paper towels and place into a large bowl.
Pour the oil, seasonings, and cornstarch onto the chicken and mix until combined.
Place the wings into the air fryer evenly and cook for 22 minutes, flipping half way through or until they are crispy and brown.
In a saucepan on medium to high heat, add the barbecue sauce, honey, and Hennessy .Mix until combined.
Add the wings into a bowl and pour the sauce over the wings. Ensure that the sauce is fully coated on the wings.
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
