Ingredients

  • 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes in tomato juice
  • 4 slices bread cubed
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 tbsp butter cubed

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a bowl mix the tomatoes, bread, and sugar until combined.
  • Pour into a casserole dish.
  • Top the tomatoes with butter. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes or until hot and tender.
