Stewed Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes in tomato juice
- 4 slices bread cubed
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp butter cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl mix the tomatoes, bread, and sugar until combined.
- Pour into a casserole dish.
- Top the tomatoes with butter. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes or until hot and tender.
