Preheat oven to 425° F.
Pat dry hens with paper towels, then pour the oil over the hens. Massage oil all over the hens ensuring they are fully covered.
Season the hens with all the seasonings making sure they are fully covered on both sides.
Transfer the seasoned hens to a baking dish and add the chicken broth to the bottom of the dish.
Bake for 45 – 50 minutes or until the thickest part of the breast has an internal temperature of 165° F. Baste the hens with the chicken broth every 15 – 20 minutes.
Allow the hens to rest for at least 20 minutes before serving.
