Lemon Pepper Salmon Bites

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Skinless Salmon Fillet
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk
- 1 cup Flour
- Cooking Oil
Lemon Pepper Sauce
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1/2 Lemon Juice from lemon
Instructions
- Cut salmon into small cube pieces.
- Add the salmon and buttermilk into a bowl and mix until the buttermilk is fully covering all the salmon.
- In another bowl, batter the salmon in the flour.
- On medium to high heat, allow cooking oil to heat up in a fryer or skillet. Fry for 3 – 5 minutes or until brown and crispy.
- Over medium heat melt the butter. Add in the lemon pepper seasoning and lemon juice. Allow the sauce to get hot, then cut off the heat.
- Add the fried salmon into a bowl and pour the lemon pepper sauce over the salmon. Ensure that the sauce is fully coated on the salmon.
- Serve with ranch dressing.
