In a large bowl, add all the ingridiens for the wet batter and mix until combined. Add in the chicken tenderloins and sit aside.
In another large bowl, add all the ingredients for the dry batter and mix until combined.
In a small saucepan on medium heat, add all the ingredients for the honey-chipotle sauce. Mix until fully combined and bring to a simmer for 2-4 minutes. Cut off the heat.
Batter the chicken tenderloins in the dry batter and fry for 4-6 minutes. Be sure not to fry too many at a time so they all can fry evenly.
When frying the last batch of chicken cut the heat back on for the sauce, allowing it to get hot.
In a large bowl add the fried chicken tenders and pour the sauce over the chicken. Toss until fully combined.
Serve with ranch.
