Buffalo Chicken Fried Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
- 6 Eggs cooked, peeled, halved and yolks/whites separated
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 2 tbsp Buffalo Sauce
- 1/4 cup Chicken Cooked and shredded
- 2 cups Panko Japanese Bread Crumbs
- 2 large Eggs
- 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- Cooking Oil
- Buffalo Sauce
- Ranch
- Green Onion
Instructions
- In a small bowl mix, together the egg yolks and mayo. Once combined, add in the chicken, buffalo sauce and mix fully.
- In a bowl mix together the 2 eggs. In a separate bowl add the flour. In another bowl, add the panko breading.
- Fully cover the cooked egg whites in flour, carefully shaking off the excess flour. Next, dip it in the eggs. Let the excess drip off. Then fully cover the egg white in the bread crumbs. Continue this for all the egg whites.
- On medium to high heat, let the cooking oil heat up
- Once the oil is hot, fry the egg whites for 1 to 2 minutes or until browned.
- Place the fried egg whites in a serving plate and add the deviled buffalo chicken mixture into the center of the egg.
- Garnish with buffalo sauce, ranch and green onions if desired.
