Baked Chicken in Gravy

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2½ cups chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- In a bowl add the wings and fully coat with oil.
- Fully cover the chicken with all the seasonings.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and cover. Bake for 35 minutes.
Gravy
- In a skillet melt the butter over medium heat, or you can use the juice from the chicken.
- Once melted slowly stir in the flour. Cook and mix until browned for about 2 minutes.
- Once the flour has browned stir in the chicken broth until the gravy thickens. Seasoning the gravy to taste.
- Pour the gravy over the chicken and bake for 20 more minutes.
