Cut the salmon into 1 inch cube pieces.
Preheat your airfryer at 390 degrees.
In a bowl add in the salmon, oil, and seasonings. Mix until evenly coated.
Place the salmon into the air fryer and allow them to cook for 10 minutes.
While the salmon is cooking make the sauce.
In a small saucepan on medium heat, add in the better. Once slightly melted add in the minced garlic. Stir until combined.
Add in the heavy whipping cream, lemon juice, and lemon pepper. Stir until fully combined and allow the sauce to simmer for 2-3 minutes before cutting off the heat.
Transfer the salmon to a serving dish then pour the sauce over the salmon. Serve with rice or potates. Top with fresh parsley.
