Air Fryer Salmon Bites with Creamy Lemon Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb skinless salmon filet
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp creole seasoning
  • ½ tsp lemon pepper

Creamy Lemon Pepper Sauce

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tsp lemon juice or half of 1 lemon
  • ½ tsp lemon pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the salmon into 1 inch cube pieces.
  • Preheat your airfryer at 390 degrees.
  • In a bowl add in the salmon, oil, and seasonings. Mix until evenly coated.
  • Place the salmon into the air fryer and allow them to cook for 10 minutes.
  • While the salmon is cooking make the sauce.
  • In a small saucepan on medium heat, add in the better. Once slightly melted add in the minced garlic. Stir until combined.
  • Add in the heavy whipping cream, lemon juice, and lemon pepper. Stir until fully combined and allow the sauce to simmer for 2-3 minutes before cutting off the heat.
  • Transfer the salmon to a serving dish then pour the sauce over the salmon. Serve with rice or potates. Top with fresh parsley.
