Air Fryer Salmon Bites with Creamy Lemon Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb skinless salmon filet
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp creole seasoning
- ½ tsp lemon pepper
Creamy Lemon Pepper Sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp lemon juice or half of 1 lemon
- ½ tsp lemon pepper
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into 1 inch cube pieces.
- Preheat your airfryer at 390 degrees.
- In a bowl add in the salmon, oil, and seasonings. Mix until evenly coated.
- Place the salmon into the air fryer and allow them to cook for 10 minutes.
- While the salmon is cooking make the sauce.
- In a small saucepan on medium heat, add in the better. Once slightly melted add in the minced garlic. Stir until combined.
- Add in the heavy whipping cream, lemon juice, and lemon pepper. Stir until fully combined and allow the sauce to simmer for 2-3 minutes before cutting off the heat.
- Transfer the salmon to a serving dish then pour the sauce over the salmon. Serve with rice or potates. Top with fresh parsley.
