Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 14 oz green bean cans
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 10 oz cream of mushroom
  • 1 cup french onion
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat your baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a skillet fry the bacon until crisp. Once cool crumble it up.
  • In the same pan saute the onions until soft.
  • Drain the water off the green beans and add themto a large bowl. Add in the sauteed onions, creamof mushroom, bacon, salt, and 1/2 cup of frenchonion. Season with salt to taste. Mix until fullycombined.
  • Transfer to the baking dish, and top withmozzarella and remaining french onion. Bake for30 minutes.
