Cut the ribs to your desired size and season fully with salt, garlic powder and onion powder on both sides
Add ribs to a large pot then fully cover ribs with water.
Boil for 30 - 40 minutes or until tender on medium heat.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a saucepan on medium heat, add in the strawberry jam and barbecue sauce. Mix until completely combined and bubbling hot.
Drain the water from the ribs then transfer ribs to a baking dish. Pour the sauce over the ribs and bake for 15 - 20 minutes uncovered or until the sauce is stuck on the ribs.
