Shrimp and Salmon Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- 1 large Romaine lettuce rinsed, dried and chopped
- 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese
- croutons
- Ceasar dressing used Kens Creamy Caesar Dressing
Salmon
- 4 oz Salmon skinless
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Salt
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Old Bay seasoning
- Parsley
Shrimp
- 1/2 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Old Bay seasoning
Instructions
Salmon
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Season both sides of salmon with salt, garlic powder, onion powder and old bay seasoning.
- Place the seasoned salmon on a nonstick baking dish.
- Place 1 tablespoon of butter on top of the salmon and bake for 12 – 15 minutes.
Shrimp
- Ensure the shrimp is completely dry. In a small bowl add shrimp, Season shrimp with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and old bay seasoning.
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
- Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2 – 3 minutes per side. Then remove from the heat.
Caesar Salad
- In a large serving bowl, add in the romaine lettuce.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of parmesan cheese and drizzle the Caesar dressing. give it a little mix.
- Break up the salmon into small pieces (optional).
- Add the shrimp and salmon the the salad
- Sprinkle more cheese and drizzle more Caesar dressing. Top with croutons.
