Rotel Dip
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2/3 cup water
- ½ onion diced
- 16 oz Velveeta cheese cubed
- 8 oz cream cheese cubed
- 8 oz Monterey jack cheese cubed or shredded
- 10 oz Rotel tomatoes
- 10.5 oz cream of mushroom
- 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet on medium heat, brown the ground beef, then drain off the grease. Add in the taco seasoning and water and mix until fully combined and until all the water is gone.
- In a baking dish, add all the ingredients. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until all the cheese is fully melted.
- Once out of the oven, mix all the ingredients together until everything is fully combined. Serve with chips ,and enjoy!
Notes
As the dip cools, it will thicken. Add in a little milk and keep the dip hot to keep it smooth.
