Ingredients

  • 1 rack Pork ribs membrane removed
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp Seasoning salt
  • t tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 2 cups Barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Fully cover the backside of the ribs with 1 tablespoon of mustard. Then season with season salt, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar and paprika. Repeat this step on the front side of the ribs. Cover the ribs with foil and bake for 2 hours or until you can pull the bone out.
  • In a saucepan on medium heat, add in the barbecue sauce, honey and brown sugar. Mix until fully combined and allow the sauce to get hot. Fully cover the ribs with the sauce and place back into the oven for 15 – 20 minutes uncovered or until sticky.
  • Allow the ribs to rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Add more barbecue sauce before serving.
