Eggnog Cheesecake Mousse

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Eggnog
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and mix until fully combined.
  • In a large bowl add in the cream cheese and sugar and mix until fully combined.
  • In another bowl whip the heavy cream until it becomes stiff. Fold the whipped cream into the eggnog mixture. Add the graham cracker crust into desired cups then add in the filling.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours. Optional: top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
