Buffalo Lemon Pepper Wings
Ingredients
- 12 – 16 Party Wings
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Seasoning Salt
Buffalo Lemon Pepper Sauce
- 1 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Instructions
- In a bowl, add in your party wings. Pour the lemon juice over the wings, then season with garlic powder, season salt and lemon pepper.
- Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- On medium to high heat, allow cooking oil to heat up in a fryer or skillet.
- Once the oil is hot fry wing for 10 – 12 minutes or until done.
- In a saucepan on medium to high heat, add the buffalo sauce, butter and lemon pepper seasoning. Allow the sauce to get hot then cut the heat off.
- Add the wings into a bowl and pour the sauce over the wings. Ensure that the sauce is fully coated on the wings.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
