Buffalo Chicken Flatbread
Ingredients
- 4 mini naan pieces
- 1 cup cooked chicken
- 1 tbsp buffalo sauce
- 3 tbsp ranch
- 3 tbsp buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a saucepan on medium heat combine the chicken and 1tbsp of buffalo sauce. Mix until fully combined and the chicken it warm.
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl mix the ranch and buffalo sauce together. Spread the mixture onto teh flatbread.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
- Spread the buffalo chicken across the flatbread with any remaining cheese.
- Baked in the oven for 8-10 minutes ir until the cheese has melted.
- Top with remaining sauce.
