Banana Pudding Without Bananas
Ingredients
- 2 3.4 oz Instant Vanilla pudding
- 1 14 oz Sweetened Condensed milk
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 3 cups Milk
- 1 box Vanilla wafers or Shortbread cookies
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 12 oz Cool whip
- Golden Oreos optional
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth.
- In another large bowl, add in the milk, vanilla and instant pudding. Mix until the pudding is thick and smooth.
- Pour in the mixed cream cheese and condensed milk mixture into the pudding bowl. Mix until fully combined.
- Add in the whipped topping and mix until fully combined.
- Line the bottom of your desired pan or bowl with cookies. Add a layer of the pudding then another layer of cookes. Repeat the layering until all the pudding and cookies are gone.
- Allow pudding to set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
I used a total of 3 cookies in this recipe, vanilla wafers, shortbread cookies, and golden Oreos. However, you can use whichever cookies you desire.
