Ingredients

  • 4 4-6oz lobster tails
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 butter
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp parsley

Instructions

  • Butterfly the lobster tails by first cracking the back of the lobster.Next, cut the top layer of the hard shell lengthwise using kitchen shears. Stop before you get to the end of the tail. Spread the shell apart and pull the meat out making sure not to detach it from the shell. Clean thoroughly then pat dry.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add in the minced garlic and lemon juice Mix fully.
  • Season lobster with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and paprika. Coat the lobster with the butter sauce reserving half of it for later.
  • Preheat the air fryer at 380 F.
  • Place the lobster tails in the air fryer and cook for 6-8 minutes. basting with more butter halfway through. Serve with the rest of the lemon garlic butter. Top with parsely if desired.
