Air Fryer Buffalo Lemon Pepper Salmon Bites

- 1 Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 1 lb. skinless salmon filet
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp lemon pepper
- ½ tsp salt
Buffalo Lemon Pepper Sauce
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into 1 inch cube pieces.
- Preheat your airfryer at 390 degrees.
- In a bowl add in the salmon, oil, and seasonings. Mix until evenly coated
- Place the salmon into the air fryer and allow them to cook for 10 minutes.
- While the salmon is cooking make the sauce.
- In a small bowl add the buffalo sauce and lemon pepper seasoning. Mix until fully combined. Heat in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.
- Transfer the salmon to a serving dish then pour the sauce over the salmon. Serve warm.
