Shrimp and Salmon Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large Romaine lettuce rinsed, dried and chopped
  • 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese
  • croutons
  • Ceasar dressing used Kens Creamy Caesar Dressing

Salmon

  • 4 oz Salmon skinless
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Old Bay seasoning
  • Parsley

Shrimp

  • 1/2 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

Salmon

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Season both sides of salmon with salt, garlic powder, onion powder and old bay seasoning.
  • Place the seasoned salmon on a nonstick baking dish.
  • Place 1 tablespoon of butter on top of the salmon and bake for 12 – 15 minutes.

Shrimp

  • Ensure the shrimp is completely dry. In a small bowl add shrimp, Season shrimp with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and old bay seasoning.
  • In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
  • Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2 – 3 minutes per side. Then remove from the heat.

Caesar Salad

  • In a large serving bowl, add in the romaine lettuce.
  • Sprinkle a generous amount of parmesan cheese and drizzle the Caesar dressing. give it a little mix.
  • Break up the salmon into small pieces (optional).
  • Add the shrimp and salmon the the salad
  • Sprinkle more cheese and drizzle more Caesar dressing. Top with croutons.
